Katie Shaw is a cartoonist who brings mythological creatures to life in a modern day all ages fantasy comic, “Dragon Child”. She learned about comics via her created major for Sequential Art and studied under three Japanese manga artists in Tokyo, while on an internship through St. Olaf College.
