Hello CANVAS Community!
We have an update regarding our comments section that we are excited to share with you for the beginning of August!
Starting August 3rd, creators can enable and disable the comment section on their episodes whenever they want! Here are some of the key functions of the new comment management tool for creators.
● Creators can enable/disable their comment section for each of their episodes from ‘Dashboard’ > ‘Edit or Add Episode’. The new feature will look like this:
● Creators can also overview their comment section status from ‘Dashboard’ > ‘Episode Management’ 
● Once comments have been disabled from an episode, readers will not be able to comment and will instead see a message that reads, ‘Comments for this episode have been disabled by the creator'.
As always, we appreciate any feedback about how we can continue to refine our creator tools on CANVAS.
This is an ongoing effort – we are working on further refinements to the comment system, but also want to ensure the new features are working to creators’ satisfaction as well.
