When I first started writing this episode, I didn’t think it'd be as important as it ended up being. And it wasn’t as dramatic as the one you see now. Thankfully, Dave and I were able to volley ideas back and forth until we realized that what these two were doing was trying to gun each other down. After that, the draw to treat this as a spaghetti western showdown was the natural choice!
