The war between the human Imperium & the magical rebellion is nearing its end, with humanity showing no mercy upon the lingering rebels. No magical being will survive the Imperium's wake & it's all Olya's fault. The disillusioned Olya flees to her home village, to try and escape a traumatic college semester & the relentless guilt of her part in mass-genocide.
