For anyone not familiar, when you're running a live show, the stage manager issues commands by saying "Stand by X" and then "X go". I was out with my boss one night and we ordered shots but I chickened out at the last second. She looked straight at me and said "Stand by shot." She helped me overcome my fear and also gave me the idea for this comic! Originally posted 7/4/18
