For decades now, humanity has been under attack by monsters. They range from creatures smaller than a house cat to titans that rival skyscrapers. They appear from nowhere then vanish, leaving only devastation in their wake, like a natural disaster. But, unbeknownst to the general public, there is hope. Whether by accident, effect, or design; girls are being born with power comparable to these horrors. Until now Rachel didn’t know she was one of them.
