Young and bored Jasper lives with his elderly ex-trophy hunter uncle in Appalachia. He frequents the woods surrounding the manor to quell his ever-present sense of adventure and finds something far more than unusual to occupy his time — a friendship with the one and only Mothman. When Jasper's uncle starts to get curious about where he's been going in the night, Jasper must find a way to keep this friendship secret or risk endangering his friend's life.
