Featuring the Carthaginian Empire and the Kingdom of Numidia during the Third Punic War, in 146 b.C. After the Second Punic War it had been established that Carthage mustn't wage in war without Rome's permission. However, the King of Numidia raided Carthage so they had to send an army to defend themselves but didn't ask for permission to Rome, which led to the destruction of the city.
