Something is strange in East Wis. The static on the tv and radios seem to be be a symptom of something bigger along with how weird some of the locals are. 13 year old Axelle wonders why she is the only one who notices. Until she found the book of static and it only seems to bring even more questions rather than answers. Updates weekly
