A demonstration of lokk, or kurlokk was one of the biggest inspiration for making this comic, and Siv was the first creature I wanted to make because of that :D It's a calling/singing practice for herding animals, also called Kulning in Sweden, and a few other names. I find the practice fascinating and conversing so well with nature felt very intune with the Huldra
