A boy named "Hitori Reiji" is in his 2nd year of high school and is currently dealing with rental problems. Due to the lack of money and a job, he will eventually be kicked out of his apartment until he encounters his old childhood friend "Kaori Hanabi," who offers him a job at her families cafe. Will Reiji be able to make enough money to pay for rent with the help of Hanabi? Or will he fail and fall into a deep depression?
