Nothing ever happens in Jackson County, Georgia. Heck, it's known as "The Most Boring County in America"! But when two teens, Bell, a free spirit, and Jeremiah, a ladies man transfers to Jackson County High School, and moves into the Jackson Arms Boarding House, these two manage to make even the most dull days something they will never forget.
