Self-proclaimed “Evil scientist supervillain” Viktor meets Bolt, a lovable newbie hero who’s taken the city by storm. Sure they start as enemies, but overtime do they become something more…? Simple and sweet classic villain x hero story, with absolutely no commentary on capitalism or the police force or anything like that (I’m lying)
