A superhero/vigilante AU of Empires SMP! The Sheriff patrols Empires City, keeping civilians safe where the heroes do not. Sure, vigilanteism is illegal, but when needs must he's happy to help his community. Let's just hope he doesn't draw too much attention to himself, from heroes or villains.
