The year is 2119. The United States recovers from a societal collapse after over a century, and many have taken it upon themselves to start anew. Retired mobster Valorie Taylor travels to the mended city of New Orleans in hopes of moving on from her criminal history. In a city where organized crime refuses to die, Valorie finds herself going up against New Orleans' many sinners, as she struggles between leaving her past behind or embracing it yet again.
