Recently graduated bio-chem major Timothy Soth is frustrated with life. He sees the corruption within the world and in an impulsive move of desperation, grabs a Halloween mask from the store and becomes an infamous figure known as “The Reporter”. However, when the initially planned vigilante work morphs into serial killings, Timothy must keep himself ahead of the police lest he wants his freedom and message to be cut short.
