Captain Clumsio, a superhero in Brightsburg, can control the elements—fire, water, earth, and air. Despite his good intentions, his clumsiness often leads to chaos instead of rescue. During a showdown with the villain Dr. Havoc and his giant robot, Clumsio's mishaps cause more damage: burying cars, drenching civilians, and creating more problems than solutions. Though his actions often complicate situations, his determination to help keeps him striving to be a better hero.
