Kasai Vermilion was five years old when he lost both his parents in a car crash but miraculously survives without knowing why. Seven years later, that same child is now a twelve year old boy who lives in a society where Superheroes and heroic acts are illegal, because of this, crime rates have risen dramatically. The Story So Far... Kasai and Mizu have formed a partnership and are forming a vigilante unit with their two peers from school to protect their city!
