A city is brought to ruin by powerful dragon named Mboi Tui and its consequences cannot be ignored. Fearing another attack Commander Reagon and Dr. Earnest Jones manage to convince the governing board to launch a military campaign against Mboi Tui early. Without knowing why the event occurred nor if victory is even possible, only time will tell if such a decision is the correct one.
