Crietche and Shuka Fête are siblings. Shuka is a police detective for the APD (Alexandria [Virginia, USA] Police Department). Crietche is a college student. They're both on the hunt for a notorious hacker dubbed by the police force 'The Coder'. All the while, both are keeping major secrets from one another: Crietche is studying the cons of the APD and their collisions with The Coder, and Shuka knows something about Crietche's past that he's forgotten.
