Regina Strout, queen of Aurora High, decides that it's time to get a boyfriend! What does she do to achieve that goal? She makes applications of course. Only the best boy can date her. During her application process, a boy named Ryuu Wright decides to turn one in because of a bet! However, on the day of the interview he becomes ill and can't show up.
