The Art of Mars, is about a Martial Arts tournament being hosted by a self proclaimed "God" called Mars. Fighters from around the world with many different types of Martial Arts/Genetic Mutations that heard or encounter the God of War, can join the tournament. Think X-men meets Baki/Kengan Ashura everyone has a crappy super like power but they also use satire fighting techniques.
