Microgenerations are small generations that people born in the end or beginning of a generation belong into. It's often hard to tell which generation does one belong into, so I think that microgenerations are actually pretty good idea. (And yes, I know that my explanation doesn't make any sense. And also I know that my grammar is often terrible.)
