Sylfheim, a kingdom of civilised animal-folk ruled by an imperial lion family is about to be shaken by the tides of war. The Acolytes of Sidyr, a cultist group who believe in a life led by savagery and primal instinct, have resurfaced once more and threaten the stability and order the Fraer Dynasty have created. Caught in the middle of this conflict is a lion prince, a rabbit innkeeper and a runaway wolf, each desperate to forge a place for themselves in this fractured fantasy world.
