I dont think a lot of high schools do the whole pull out thing but just in case i'll explain here how it works in this school. If a student wishes to take any extra elective classes, lessons, or tutoring, with their teacher's permission (and should their grade stay above a b+) they can take one day out of the week to attend another class or visit the library for tutoring.
