Tales of mermaids captured by sailors or scientists are commonplace. But when a very HUMAN 17-yr-old Haylee is attacked by mermaids & dragged into the ocean, nothing will ever be the same. Helpless & alone in a domain she doesn't understand, Haylee's only hope rests with her captors & a merman who seems to understand her.
