Vexus, the land of espers. In this land, there is a group that is dedicated to keeping the lives of the people safe. This group is known as D.O.V.E. (Defenders Of Vexus Everlasting.) Ichiro Yoshida, an ice esper, is a member of the group's 6th Division. One day during a mission, all goes wrong when a dangerous threat emerges out of nowhere.
