In the comic, Rachel Betiil, the current ruler of Betiil, initially imprisoned Daniel but later helped him escape. This decision was driven by a disagreement over Daniel's verdict between the Holy Council and Eiira. Rachel is now attempting to return to Daniels kingdom, Wittary. To make her decision, she may consider the evidence, the potential consequences of her choice on her kingdom and its alliances, as well as her own personal beliefs and values.
