Going through the most drama from when she was only ten years old, Lizzie finally finds a group of friends that accept her for who she is, but when past memories start chasing after her, something horrible happens to one of her best friends, and she is convinced it was her fault she is in hospital, fighting for her life. Only when she is out at the mall with Lizzie’s friends, she bumps into her worst nightmare – the guy who rejected her in year 4.
