Al has trouble understanding empathy. It might have something to do with the fact that he was brought into the world a little... differently. He has a certain secret that Diamond accidentally discovers and, in exchange for her silence, he promises to give her anything she asks. Seems simple at the start but along the way, they find out there's a lot more drama behind her simple request to become a size 10...
