Leo, an alien from Planet Elgaria, crash-lands into Sinnoh with a mission: to conquer the region’s Pokémon League and pave the way for a total Elgarian takeover. Accompanied by his failed clone experiment, Cosmo, he assumes the identity of a recently deceased trainer. Unfortunately for Leo, nepotism baby Dawn is able to see right through his disguises, and will stop at nothing to protect her home. But with her reputation as a crazy conspiracy theorist, no one seems to want to help her.
