When Sans stumbles upon a mysterious locked door as a child, he discovers not only a best friend, but the very thing the entire Underground has been desperately searching for - a human. Even though life ends up taking an unexpected turn for the worst - like most of the Underground being drafted into the Royal Guard - Sans is determined to protect his human friend and help her get back to the surface, no matter the cost.
