One of the three largest cities in the world of Fern, Horizon is a shining beacon on the waters of the expansive South Sea. In the central district, we follow three friends, trying to enjoy their summer before they go their separate ways. While an upcoming election causes surges of chaos through the city, and a new candidate for City Lead has her eye on the group. As Buck races to escape Horizon with their life, we follow them on their journey trying to uncover the truth of who they are, and how the candidate already seems to know.
