An island in the middle of a river populated by living food is ruled by the powerful and greedy Lady Umeboshi. The village, already burdened with the demands of Umeboshi, is under attack from Captain Takoyaki and his gang of pirates. Against all odds, Rice Ball and a small team of fighters are doing their best to help villagers caught in the midst of this conflict.
