After a regretful body modification surgery, pop idol Reiko Hitsuji's public image becomes destroyed, leaving her manager to abandon her. An encounter with a yakuza organization gives her the opportunity to gain revenge on her manager but at a cost. Her new life as a gangster introduces her to a world of greed and violence as well as new foes and confrères.
