Not every people own Potentia, - an ability or power, - and the majority who owns it, uses It inappropriately and ends up commiting crimes. Aiko, a young woman who owns potentia, relinquishes from her normal life to put herself at disposal to assist the citizens, becoming the lonely heroine of the city.
