Attacks have been happening all over the country and people have suddenly been granted powers. Not all have powers though. The distinct feature of the people with supernatural abilities are their blue eyes. Timeus works in a cafe with his friends and they now have to take further safety precautions if they want to go outside even for just a quick errand. The monsters numbers have increased greatly and no one knows where they come from, all they know is that their weakness is water.
