Due to the country's poor economy, a young boy ends up homeless and alone. Receiving no assistance from those more fortunate, he turns to a life of thievery.
One day, he encounters a mysterious girl who is more than eager to help him. Her companion, on the hand, doesn't seem too happy with the idea...
