In 1992 strange phenomenon occured in the whole world. Some people started to gain some unusual powers. Because of this, part of these people with superpowers decided to wreck a havoc, rob the bank's, kill other people and so on. They felt invincible and that they won't get any punishment. After some time, all the governments in the world decided to create special force which will confront all the evil people. It is a story about a 25 years old guy named Romeo, who got into all of this.
