After finishing medical school, Luna is now close to fulfilling her childhood dream to become a doctor. To keep a promise she made to an old friend she decided to have her internship back in her hometown, going there after almost two decades the once familliar and warm town has become a stranger to her. But that doesn't stop her from doing her best making new friends and finding her happiness.
