Just a reminder that a good shift report does not always guarantee a great shift. Also when your done giving report, your done with your shift (if your done charting). Don't let that upcoming nurse make you feel guilty and force you to stay and do their job/task (unless the pt is coding). Nursing is a 24 hour gig the job never stops so go home and get some sleep.
