It's prolly some kind of a mental disease, but it's something I used to struggle with almost everyday back then. I will feel victimized after a bad fight and thoughts of self-harm surfaces. Part of me feels it's because I grew up with an abusive mom that I needed to hurt myself in order to be heard, but I can't be sure. If anyone knows what kind of problem this is or if it has a name, lemme know
