Mr. Charlie is back for the third comic!! Charlie had escaped the asylum in the last comic with the help of his 'bro' Eugene and they both did a major damage, too. The two are still on the loose and again Heath will have to find a way to stop them once and for all, with the help of Lloyd who we all thought was executed from the first comic. Will Heath be able to stop him this time? When will this psycho pink tied blondie strike next?
