Dr. Prometheus is an amnesiac who's earliest memory only dates back three years. He has the appearance of a ragdoll, the strength of twenty men, a heart of gold and extensive medical and surgical knowledge which he uses to help the sick and injured regardless of social standing. One day, Prof. Victor Frankenstein, comes into town to share his wonder treatment with anyone rich enough to afford it, but along with it, his miracle treatment, but strange and gruesome things start happening...
