In the year 2058, toxic waste had been spilled into the Pacific Ocean near Sendai, Japan; making most of the aquatic life and it nearby mix and merge. Now in 3024, a boy named Hiyoshi gets hired by an underwater research company named "Odyssey Explorers". He goes on his first mission with Naruko, his childhood friend and supervisor.
