Creator
Witches were really just very poor and often destitute women. Some were widows and many were simply women who never found a husband to fend for them. Nonetheless, for the purpose of our story, witches are important! And we can just suspend our disbelief and imagine that they really could fly on broomsticks and cast devastating spells..
