Doctor Fawsley K. is a "revival scientist" who dreamt of reviving a prehistoric species, and made his life objective to do so. To his surprise, he achieved what he was wishing for way earlier than expected, however taking care of such an animal brings unexpectedly high expenses.
... And that's how he starts sharing workspace with pirates.
