Tori is a happy middle ground between Butch and Feminine...Futch. I wanted her magical girl costume to reflect that when designing it. From the waist down It's a skirt with stockings with cute bows and boots. From the waist up it is very regal, masculine and princely. A Kingly crown instead of a Tiara.
