Aghasura represents cruelty and violence to others. There's sometimes a lack of compassion and anger within all of us, but in demoniac people, the anger goes beyond civilized bounds, and thus they can act in horrendous ways when they become angry. One can get rid of their evil tendencies by chanting the holy name of Krishna and hearing stories about Krishna
