In this particular earth there are people with rare special powers, the government calls them “specials”. Being rare the government calls them so they can learn their powers and use it to help people. Some specials use their powers for the wrong reasons and the rest are with the government captivity. There comes a twist in the story and so comes tons of ADVENTURE.
